Return and Exchange Policy for In Store Purchases

We do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if the return or exchange is a result of a defective product within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. Receipt and tags on merchandise must be accompanied with the return.

Return and Exchange Policy for Website Purchases

Here at New Digz, we want you to love what you purchased. You can initiate a return less shipping cost or exchange for your items within 7 days of delivery for store credit. You must return items in its original condition with tags. All items must be accompanied by the original return form. Please Note: All Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, or defective.

We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specified on the packing list.

Please allow 7-10 days to process your return and credit your account. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Return Exceptions

Our free return option only applies to orders shipped to the U.S. We are unable to provide a pre-paid label for certain restricted or oversized merchandise.

Free Return Pick-Ups

When using your pre-paid shipping label to make a return, the United States Postal Service will provide a free carrier pick-up. If you wish to schedule a free carrier pick up for your return, simply affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to your package and schedule a pickup for the next delivery day. Your postal carrier will pick-up your package(s) when you regular mail is delivered.

New Digz Consignment provides a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label with most shipments. Simply fill out the return & exchange form on your packing list and place it in your securely sealed shipping container. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label to your shipping container and ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage is required and the pre-paid label is FREE! Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Please note: Packages must be ready for shipment before your carrier arrives. Maximum weight per package is 70 lbs.

Request A Mailer Bag

To request a mailer bag and label, simply add the mailer bag to your shopping cart. Add your shipping instructions and a bag will be sent to you within 7-10 days.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75. Flat Rate Shipping is $5.95 on all orders $0-$74.99. Free pre-paid returns and exchanges.

With a minimum purchase of $75 or more at New Digz Consignment, shipping is no cost to you. This applies only to standard ground shipping.

You must purchase a total of $75 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. This does not include New Digz gift cards unless purchased with merchandise totaling $75.00 or more before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid on standard USPS shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges apply for express shipping.

Orders shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Sales Taxes

We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with a taxable order shipped to the Maryland.

Pick Up in Store

When your item is ready for pickup:

You'll receive an e-mail confirmation from the store indicating that your purchase is ready for pickup.Please bring a photo ID with you, along with the credit card you used for your purchase for verification purposes.
